Delivery Information

Your order will be processed within one business day of payment being received.

Shipping can take from 2-10 business days, however most items are received before then.

If delivery is attempted whilst no one is at home a card will be left explaining where to pick up your item (generally your local post office).

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.

General Safety

Do not take any oils internally without consultation from a qualified aromatherapy practitioner. Do not apply undiluted essential oils absolutes, CO2s or other concentrated essences onto the skin. If you are pregnant, epileptic, have liver damage, cancer or have any other medical problem, use oils only under the proper guidance of a qualified aromatherapy practitioner. Use extreme caution when using oils with children and give children only the gentlest oils at extremely low doses. A skin patch test should be conducted prior to using an oil that you've never used before.

Applications
Massage

​Massage is considered one of the most important methods of applying the essential oils. Add approximately 5 drops of essential oil to l0ml carrier oil and enjoy pure relaxation as the massage will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Bath

​What better way to relax after a long day at work than to indulge in a hot bath. Premix 20ml of sweet almond oil with 10 drops of your choice of essential oils and pour half of the amount into the bathtub (the balance can be used to moisturise skin after towelling dry).

Let the benefits of the essential oils absorb into your skin while the fragrance works to uplift your spirit.

Face washer short cut: When bath not available or convenient, or before or after shower, use a warm damp face washer with 3-4 drops of essential oil and wipe over body.

Vaporization

​Oil diffusers (burners) are an easy and effective way to disperse essential oils, from the humble tea light oil burner to the electric oil diffuser. Add 10 drops of your choice of essential oil to water and let the aroma diffuse into the room and cleanse the air.

Inhalation

​ This is a great way to relieve a blocked nose. Add 5-10 drops (lessor amount for children) of Eucalyptus or BREATHEZI essential oil to a bowl of very hot water. Inhale the vapour for 5-10 minutes, preferably with a towel covering your head (breathe deeply).

Skincare

​ You can customise our UNSCENTED MOISTURISER BASE with your favourite essential oil blend. Add 15-20 drops of essential oil to 100ml moisturiser base.

Compresses

​This is a very effective way of using essential oils to relieve pain, swelling and to reduce inflammation. Hot compresses are often used to reduce pain of a chronic nature while cold compresses can be used on tired and overworked muscles and acute pain. Add 4-5 drops of essential oils to a hot or cold water solution, immerse a face cloth in the water and gently squeeze, then cover the area being treated with the compress. Leave the compress on for a couple of hours.

Tissue

​Put 2-3 drops of essential oil on a tissue and inhale as needed. Use SLEEPEZI for sleeplessness, BREATHEZI for a blocked nose or your favourite oil for relaxation, anxiety, stress, etc.

Face, Body or Room Spritz

​ Add 10 drops of essential oil to 50ml of water, or mix 10 drops of oil with 30-40 drops of soluble product which assists oil and water to mix, then odd to water. Always shake well before spritzing!
